Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays, and shipped within 1–2 business days from the date of order.

5–8 business days after processing

Standard Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected option. Free shipping is available on all 2-bottle and 4-bottle orders. Economy, standard and express options are available for single bottle orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, contact us at support@8youth.com.

We ship using UPS and USPS. In some cases your package may be transferred to a local carrier for final delivery — this is determined at the discretion of the original shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided regardless of carrier.

Please reach out to orders@8youth.com and our customer support team can investigate if the order was damaged or returned to our facility. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier provided within your order details to file a claim. I have not received a shipping confirmation email - what can I do? Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also reach out to orders@8youth.com to request the status of a shipment.
